With more than 30 years of combined industry and consulting experience, Charles has helped a variety of organizations transform to deliver services with greater efficiency and effectiveness. He is best known for his experience in HR transformation, HR Technology, and Organizational Change Management.

Notable assignments include several large transformation projects for automotive clients, as well as several significant efforts in the public sector for the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security.

Charles spent the past 25 years with Deloitte Consulting, IBM Business Services, and PwC Consulting in roles involving both business development and delivery of services. He began his work career with Bank of America as a retail banking manager after graduating from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, in May of 1988.

I addition to his professional career, he also served in the United States Army and Army and Army Reserve for 14 years in a variety of command and staff positions including Company Executive Officer, Company Commander, and Battalion Operations Officer.

Charles resides in Evergreen, Alabama with his wife Lee. They are in the process of renovating and restoring Lee’s family home and expanding the footprint of their small family farm.
